In this session we were joined by Professor Pieter Kruger from Cognacity and David Dolding from Radiant Corporate Benefits to look at maximising individual performance and wellbeing, despite all the uncertainty and changes currently taking place.
With the range of ongoing changes on a global scale due to factors including, but not limited to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is more important than ever for people to understand the brain’s reaction to uncertainty and find practical ways of dealing with the consequences. Numerous organisations also continuously change and adapt to the global economy and the changing times.
This session allows people to understand and deal with their own uncertainty and internal challenges, to maximise their capabilities.
