Terms & Conditions

When applying for Membership, the Member firm confirms that it has read and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Contract term and payments: Membership is for 12 months and the Membership Fee invoice should be paid within 30 days of issue.

Renewal: People in Law Limited will contact the Member firm when membership is coming to the end of its term to confirm whether the Member firm wishes to continue for another year.

Services: People in Law Limited will provide the following Services to the Member firm:

  • Access to live events, webinars and workshops across the UK
  • Discounted tickets to People in Law Awards and People in Law Conference
  • Preferred supplier discounts
  • Biannual drinks events
  • Access to premium website content
  • Access to website forum and knowledge bank

Data protection: For your security and peace of mind, People in Law Limited will not supply your details to any organisation for marketing purposes. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree to the use of your information as set out in our Privacy Policy. [We can link to it]

Membership fee: People in Law Limited reserves the right to review fees annually.

Termination of membership: The Member firm may terminate the Membership by giving written notice to People in Law Limited. If notice is given during the Contract Term, the Member firm will not be refunded the Membership Fee for the Contract Term.
