Evolving Performance Management in the Professions

We are excited to announce the launch of Performance Leader‘s Evolving Performance Management in the Professions 2024 survey and proud to be involved as one of the research partners for this important industry study.

The research will highlight best practices and emerging priorities for employee performance management in professional firms, covering both client-facing roles and business services.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Frequency of performance interactions
  • Use of ratings and metrics
  • Compensation and promotion decisions
  • Use of technology and AI
  • Impact of hybrid working on feedback culture

The survey is now open for responses – and we’d love you to take part. It should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete and participants will receive a complimentary copy of the survey report, due to be published later this year, and an invitation to exclusive briefing events.

The deadline for responses is Monday 21st October 2024.

All responses will be shared in aggregated format to ensure confidentiality.
