What is the Reward Forum? Our forum, developed in collaboration with Justine Woolf, Director of Consulting at Innecto Reward Consulting, provides a valuable platform for reward professionals in the legal sector to:
- Share insights on current reward and compensation challenges
- Network with peers in similar roles and build professional connections
- Engage in meaningful discussions about reward strategy, market trends, and best practices
This inaugural in-person event is the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow reward professionals, share insights, and help shape the future direction of our forum. The forum will meet bi-annually, providing regular opportunities for ongoing professional development and networking.
