It’s incredibly helpful for law firms to understand what other firms are doing on Family leave and DEI. Following on from their surveys last year, Chris Holme and Shadia El Dardiry from Clyde & Co have again produced two surveys for firms to complete.
For all firms that fill in both surveys, a full report will be provided with the survey results (details of particular firms will not be shared – instead firms will be grouped according to their size), which will include the type of family leave firms are offering and what they are doing in relation to positive action and other key DEI issues.

Your responses will be recorded anonymously. Note that your email address and firm’s name has been requested so that we know which firms to send the report to and to ensure that we don’t have duplicate entries from the same firm, as this would skew the results.
Please kindly complete both surveys by Friday 7 November 2025 to enable Clyde & Co to collate the results and prepare a report to share in early 2026.
