Yurtle is an insurance-based employee wellness benefit helping companies to combat caregiver burnout (and the associated productivity and employee turnover losses) in the workplace. Care breakdown prevention is at the core of our solution, spanning child, elder and specialised care.

We leverage our deep, first-hand understanding of the drivers of burnout to provide a solution that provides a tangible financial benefit through a novel employee insurance cover as well as a caregiver support app that allows carers to build a resilient care team around them.

The insurance component of our solution, powered by a global insurer, covers accident and illness and, in the event of a claim, pays beneficiaries to cover the cost of sourcing replacement care, anywhere in the UK, within hours.

Outside of emergencies, our digital care management app minimises workplace absence and care breakdown by connecting employees with educational information, curated discounts from care service providers, and engagement tools to help family share the care.
