John is a director with Bowland Solutions, which through their software business, advises, designs and delivers a more agile approach to talent and performance management through ‘Flow’, their new online performance engagement platform. Flow puts continuous feedback into the heart of a firm, recognising it as the lifeblood that sustains performance, fuels coaching conversations, develops talent, promotes engagement, and embed values which underpin its culture. In addition, he also works very closely with partnership teams and individual partners seeking to be more curious, build upon their strengths and develop their capabilities.
Roz has nearly 20 years' experience in HR, primarily in financial and legal services, as well as two years as Head of People for a technology-led marketing company. Roz has particular experience in managing HR through times of change, such as mergers and acquisitions and organisational restructures. Roz has a passion for building high performance and equitable workplace cultures, with a focus on leadership capability and development.
An HR professional with wide ranging experience in advising on and implementing people strategies, specialising in Talent Management. Responsible for delivering a cohesive, progressive and inclusive approach to talent management, including the development and implementation of a global talent review and management system. In addition, responsible for the succession processes for key talent and leadership positions. Working in partnership with the specialist HR & Learning teams to ensure the attraction, retention and development of diverse talent in order to support the firm’s strategic ambitions.
