In this webinar, Ray D’Cruz will share the results of a recent survey of 170 firms, conducted by Performance Leader and People in Law, on how firms are evolving their performance management and feedback practices. Research topics include feedback frequency, the effectiveness of performance management practices, the use of ratings, links between performance management and talent decisions such as compensation, bonuses, and promotions, the use of technology and AI, the impact of hybrid working on feedback culture, and emerging change priorities.

Few would disagree that a strong performance and feedback culture challenges, rewards people, engages and retains people. This session will provide a compelling snapshot of what firms are doing in this field.
