About the speaker
Steve McCann is the Founder and Director of MCG Consulting and a leading voice on workplace addiction and recovery inclusion. He advises law societies across the UK, has been published by LawCare and the Law Gazette, and has presented to all the legal regulators and the Legal Services Board.
Steve works with Magic Circle firms as well as regional firms across the UK and Ireland, supporting them to build recovery informed cultures, strengthen social mobility, and respond credibly to addiction and mental health in the workplace. He also serves as Deputy Chair of the Board of ReachOut, a national mentoring charity supporting young people aged 11 to 14.
