Please join us for a mindful morning with Khind Collective on Tuesday 17th June at Clyde & Co in London.
In this session, experience a rejuvenating Summer Solstice Reset – a perfect moment to pause, check in, and set new intentions as we enter the summer months.
The session will be facilitated by Katie Hind, Founder of Khind Collective. Formerly a Strategy Director at creative ventures company And Rising, Katie completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali while seeking tools to balance the intensity of London life. Through Khind Collective, she now fulfills her purpose of making mindful practices accessible to business leaders and employees looking to reduce workplace stress. Katie’s background in corporate advertising communications enables her to deliver wellness sessions in an approachable and applicable style.
We’ll be guided through a 45-minute mindful morning session featuring:
- Somatic release exercises – including gentle shaking and EFT tapping to get your energy flowing
- Anxiety-reducing breathwork techniques – simple, accessible practices you can take back to your workplace
- Guided visualisation meditation – linked to the Summer Solstice season and workplace challenges
- Crystal bowl sound healing – to bring deep relaxation and stress relief
This mindful reset will be followed by tea, coffee, and an opportunity for authentic connection. You’ll be encouraged to meet someone new and discuss insights that emerged during the session – a practice that creates meaningful connections as participants share in a more open state.
