After the success of our first in-person event in March, please join us for our next event in the South West on Tuesday 30th September.
This session aims to provide an opportunity for our HR community to come together to share knowledge, learnings and experiences on a range of key topics or challenges that may be impacting our profession such as:
- Adoption and challenges of compressed hours and part-time working in legal teams
- Graduate apprenticeship changes and plans going forward
- Adoption of AI – in particular using AI note takers to transcribe interviews and practical steps HR can be taking now in workforce planning and development
- Use of Mansfield Reporting, specifically capturing data for partner level recruitment
