South West Event: In discussion – Challenges ahead for HR

Please join us for our in-person event in the South West on Thursday 13^th March.

This session aims to provide an opportunity for our HR community to come together to share knowledge, learnings and experiences on a range of key topics or challenges that may be impacting our profession such as:

• Adoption of AI – what can early adopters share and what are the ongoing challenges and opportunities?
• Hybrid working – how is it working in reality and what does the future look like?
• Disability confidence – what learnings can we share in this space?
• Pay structures for business professionals and what steps are we taking towards pay transparency?
