Please join us on Thursday 30th January for our first in-person event of 2025, where we’ll be holding a panel discussion exploring the state of psychological safety in UK workplaces and its critical implications for the legal industry.
This discussion is informed by findings from Brands with Values‘ recent UK Psychological Safety Study produced in partnership with PwC and will address key challenges such as:
• The role of psychological safety in preventing bullying, harassment, and misconduct.
• The implications for legal firms in meeting SRA expectations around culture and conduct.
• Practical strategies for fostering safer, more resilient workplaces.
This panel will feature thought leaders and experts who will explore how a focus on psychological safety can help legal firms address risks, align with regulatory demands, and create healthier workplace cultures.
