The session aims to provide an overview of the immigration law pitfalls and mistakes more commonly made by law firms, such as around posting sponsored workers to client sites.
We will also look at how immigration issues interplay with employment law and regulatory points, and what firms can do to avoid getting caught out and to stay on top of UKVI compliance obligations.
