About the speakers
Graeme Menzies
Graeme Menzies is a retirement and executive coach and mentor (ILM Level 7) who is passionate about helping people to retire well and helping firms to support them. Graeme retired after 30 years as a partner in a national law firm, specialising in dispute resolution. Reflecting on his own experience, echoed by colleagues in legal, accounting and other professional service firms, Graeme identified a particular need for support and engagement from firms both before and after retirement. This provided the driver for developing the Encore CoachingTM programme which aims to make retirement a much more positive experience for firms and individuals. Graeme is an ambassador for a children’s mental health charity having been a trustee for 10 years.
Sarah Harrison
Sarah Harrison is a retirement and executive coach and mentor (ILM Level 7). She co-founded Futurum Group in 2020 with Graeme and launched the Encore CoachingTM programme. Since then she has been working with professional services firms and their partners to help make retirement an encore worth celebrating, by helping firms’ leaders with retirement strategy and individuals through workshops and coaching. She is Past-President of the International Association of Business Communicators, UK and Ireland. She previously spent 20 years in employee engagement and business communications, supporting HR and communications teams to create well-connected environments where people can thrive.
