Details

A number of significant developments are anticipated in 2026 with the Employment Rights Act 2025 that has just come into force. The first part of this session will serve as a refresh for HR and General Counsel’s Officers on key changes and developments, and steps law firms need to take to ensure they are well placed to deal with these.

The second part of the session will focus on managing sickness absence. With sickness absence on the rise, including within professional services, we’ll examine how firms can support their employees, progress ongoing processes, while also mitigating risk.
