One in three women and one in five men experience domestic abuse. It will be happening to people in your firm, impacting their safety and ability to perform at their best. Do you know how to spot the signs, how to respond, and the support available? Does your firm have a domestic abuse policy? What do you do if you have a perpetrator of domestic abuse in your midst?

In this session, we will explain the prevalence and scope of domestic abuse, as well as the practical steps employers are taking to support their people, keeping them safe and in work.

Our panel will comprise:

• Susan Bright, CEOEIDA
• Lorna Gavin, Founder, Chapter Consulting
• Sharon Livermore, Founder, Domestic Abuse Education
• Richard Martin, CEO, Mindful Business Charter
