Steve Ward – Head of Insights, Blackbridge
Steve Ward has spent the past 15+ years of his Talent Acquisition career focused on the cutting edge of Employer Brand & Talent Attraction, with a particular passion for social media engagement in the beginning. Steve has a deep understanding of talent behaviours, engagement and strategic insights, first with Universum, and now with Blackbridge.
This appetite for insights thinking has taken Steve around the world as a conference speaker and working in global and regional strategic employer brand projects with companies like Barclays, PMI, Uniqlo, Mondelez, Pladis, Tropicana, Airbus, Bacardi and UCB.
James Austen – Director, The School Outreach Company
James is the CEO and founder of The School Outreach Company, beyond his role at TSOC, he also sits on the board at the Institute of Student Employers (ISE) and also The 5% Club. Having come from a background in human resource management, emerging talent and more recently school outreach, he is well versed in all of the challenges and changing dynamics associated with the attraction, engagement, shortlisting and onboarding of emerging talent programmes.
