Join us for this insightful webinar as we explore the true cost of absenteeism, uncover its root causes, and discuss actionable strategies to mitigate its impact. We’ll also introduce innovative solutions, including how Yurtle’s technology can help firms support employee wellbeing while protecting productivity.
Key Takeaways:
- The financial and operational impact of absenteeism on law firms.
- Why caregiving, burnout, and stress are key drivers of absence.
- How flexible work policies and supportive cultures can make a difference.
- The business case for investing in employee wellbeing—and how it boosts profitability.
If retaining top talent and optimising productivity matter to your firm, this is a conversation you won’t want to miss.
