Details
The legal sector is facing multiple challenges over the next 12 months, driven by cash flow pressures and the changing tax treatment of LLP members; SRA regulatory reforms addressing workplace culture; and the introduction in October 2024 of the mandatory duty on employers to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment at work (including third party harassment by clients and others).
These are combined with the perennial issue of how to ensure that partner contribution and remuneration are effectively managed in firms with potentially diminishing profitability.
This high-level session with leading partnership, employment, SRA and partner remuneration experts will discuss key trends in the law firm market and how HR can assist their firms and senior management to respond to them effectively.
