We are all adapting to working in a hybrid world. Some people are finding it easier than others. There can be significant advantages for being in the office, but managers are struggling to encourage some people back. This event will cover the shift in psychology driven by the pandemic and the barriers being put up; advice on how to negotiate return to the office days with the people you manage and how to make those days as meaningful as possible. It will also cover very reluctant returners and how to navigate the potential pitfalls. The session will be delivered by Dr. Gwenllian Williams who has been working with businesses throughout the past few years to assist people manage the psychology of the change we have experienced.
